i'm aching all over.the arms, the back, the thighs, the bums.due to the effect of unactiveness for weeks.all these were suddenly put to work this morning.the cyclin' with the gals sure gave my unactiveness a run.and i'm damn tired. feeling that now...but still had the energy to go shopping with the mum in the evening.got beat in the middle of it when she was roundin and roundin that store.simply got agitated and told her to quicken up and head for home.so its ice skating planned next.can't wait for that! though i proudly admit that i do not know how to ice-skate.but for the fun of it...what's a few falls & bumps?and i have my facial and a body massage lined up for me next weekend.mmmmmmmm...heavenly.cant wait for that too!and due to one cyclin outing, i'm lookin into revamping my mundane lifestyle....
