of monkeys and baboons
me, him, nunu and rizal...we went to the zoo today!! nunu got us free tix! the last time i visited the zoo was about...let's see...15 years ago? more maybe. and that was like looooooooooooooooooooooooooong ago... the trip? gosh it was freaking hot! the four of us were sweating our asses off. and i was like one goondoo seeing animals for the first time. my camera was happily clicking away. at the end of the day, it has a whooping 72 pix taken! hee hee...typical kiasu singaporean? nooooooo...i'm definitely not! sheesh!
i was thinking that the next time i will be there will be when my kid is abt 3 years old. see...thats a long time to go sia! but i gotta admit, most of my pix turn out to be nice...for someone who is an unprofessional photographer. hee hee...
so now im comfy in my bed, with the aircon on. i was so missing this comfort while walking thru the animals earlier on. however, i took the whole experience to bake myself in the sun (which, by the way, doesnt happen that often) and to get closer to him. in other words, bonding. i always see the cool and collected side of him...or trying to be cool perhaps. but today, i get to see the crazier side of him. the side which has been hiding since knew him for a few months. despite enjoying his craziness, i conclude that the heatwave must have gotten to his head.
pheww! such a fun filled, hot and tiring day. so nunu...lets do this again some day. jurong birdpark next? any free tix?? keep me posted! *winks*
