whoope-doo-dee!
ah! long time no update. what to do? busy with projects. but all those are gone now. it's the wrath of the exams next. first paper is on tuesday afternoon. notes are written, but have yet to be absorbed into the mess behind the thick skull. fret not. there is only 2 days to do so. *panic!*
today is a no study day. because.......................its D&D tonight!! whoope-doo-dee! must be excited lar! its the first that I'm going to for this company since I joined it. and its much much much much more grander than the one that I went to for my old company. what not, suntec convention centre vs company's-spare-space-in-the-warehouse. *hmph!*
went for the "boost your communications skills" course yesterday. ms shirley taylor was fantastic! her class was very engaging and you will be fascinated with her speaking style, teaching style, her angmoh-accent-infested "lah"s , "panjanglebar"s and "siao"s. its interesting to see how she tries to blend in with the singaporeans in terms of her languange after years of staying here. and she's having a conference coming up. those who think that they need help with their communication skills, you should attend this. details here.
rite. now i gotta go wash my nice costume for my D&D tonight (to get rid of the smell), go buy my hazel eyes, and pamper myself for the rest of the afternoon to look fab tonight.
